1.1 Cancellation
(a) Generally, once you receive confirmation of your order, cancellation is not permitted.
(b) However, if we are unable to provide the stitching service, we will contact you using the phone number provided during the order process. In such cases, you may cancel the order and will be entitled to a refund according to our refund policy.
(c) If we have collected materials from you for stitching and you choose to cancel the order, we will return the materials at no additional charge.
(d) We reserve the right to cancel your order under the following conditions:
(i) The delivery address is outside our service area.
(ii) We are unable to reach you by phone or email to confirm the order.
(iii) You fail to provide a measurement dress.
(iv) We cannot deliver your order due to missing information, instructions, or authorization from you.
(v) Cancellation is required due to circumstances beyond our control or due to vendor issues.
1.2 Refunds
(a) Refunds are available only if you have prepaid for your order and in the following situations:
(i) The order packaging is damaged or tampered with upon delivery.
(ii) We cancel your order due to (A) the delivery location being outside our service area, (B) failure to contact you by phone or email to confirm the order, or (C) inability to confirm the order due to unavailability of vendors.
(b) Refund decisions are at our sole discretion and are final.
(c) Refunds will be processed and credited to your account within 3-4 business days, subject to the terms of the issuing bank.
1.3 Payment at Delivery
If you pay at the time of delivery, you will not be charged for:
(a) Orders where the packaging is damaged or tampered with.
(b) Incorrect orders.
(c) Missing items from your order at delivery.
(d) Any damage to the material or measurement dress provided. Our liability is capped at Rs. 500, regardless of the material or dress cost.
1.4 Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:
(a) If the product is personalized or customized.
(b) If the product is delivered outside the Republic of India.
1.5 No Returns/No Exchanges
(a) Due to the custom nature of our products, returns and exchanges are not accepted.
(b) We offer standard size charts based on garment measurements to assist with ordering.
(c) We recommend verifying measurements before placing an order to ensure a proper fit.
(d) We are committed to providing high-quality products and exceptional customer service.
